SO as some of you know I have been working on an amazing recipe eBook. I have so many amazing recipes from Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, desserts etc. I am compiling them all in an easy to follow eBook including picture and nutrition facts.
 
Eating healthy should be fun not a dreaded task. I have found so many ways to eat yummy foods that taste amazing and are not bogging down our bodies with harmful chemicals, additives and unnecessary ingredients,  and leading us to diabetes, high blood pressure, weight gain, fatigue, etc.
 
My recipes are simple and easy to follow. A lot of ingredients we already have on hand. Nothing to complicated but tastes amazing, even the kiddos will enjoy! So stay tuned. Its a work in progress but it will be here soon!
