People think in order to eat healthy it has to be really expensive and boring. This is SO not true. I have found plenty of  great products that are an awesome alternative to the normal crap that Americans consume on a daily basis. Just by reducing a good amount of the processed, chemical ridden food from our diets you would be surprised how much better you will feel and how much easier it will be to lose weight and be fit and healthy.
